Return request period

Requests may be submitted within seven (7) calendar days after delivery, subject to assessment by FurniTechPH.

Valid concerns

Examples include receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or nonconforming product. Each request is reviewed before approval.

What to provide

Include the order number or proof of purchase, a brief explanation of the concern, and clear photos or videos when relevant.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are targeted for processing within two (2) to five (5) business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may depend on the bank or payment provider.
